Cafe Culture
Paris is home to some of the best chefs, food and cafes in the world and few things are more of a treat in Paris than sitting at an outdoor cafe with a bottle of wine and watching the Paris street life go by. If you have a warm day and sunshine even better! Walking around Paris can build up an appetite and its fun to try a new cafe as many times as you can while in Paris. Building in small, delicious breaks into the day is the best way to experience, and taste, all Paris has to offer.

Moules et Frites
On an early trip to Paris I was introduced to the Parisian dish of moules et frites, or mussels with fries. If you love seafood this will be a fun way to try mussels in numerous preparations outside of the classic butter, herb and wine sauce. These dishes are usually well prepared, plentiful and reasonably priced. So many locations around Paris tout the offering in their window or shop name its easy to find them and give a new combination a go.
Paris cafes have been some of my favorite inspiration for the Art Collection. Every time I look at one of the cafe art pieces it brings back memories of a special meal and wonderful company. Delicious!
Do you have a favorite cafe in Paris?
